Gaurang Doshi, brain & heart behind the Jason Derulo & Urvashi Rautela’s collaboration & Yo Yo Honey Singh, Lil Pump & DJ Shadow collaboration  carved his name on the trophy of “The Most Iconic Producer” at Forbes World Leader Awards, Saudi Arabia Edition- Riyaad 2022.

The award is the result of Gaurang Doshi’s long and interesting journey of exploring national & International entertainment scenes. He is constantly involved in developing new revolutionary experimental thoughts and unique ideas to present Indian films in International frame. As a young producer who is full of ideas, Gaurang aims to venture into unexplored realms of film making by experimenting with new themes and subjects.

He is a producer of blockbuster films from the world of Bollywood. Aankhen, Deewaar and Bawandar. Aankhen 2 has brought together the biggest stars of Bollywood: Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Arjun Rampal, Paresh Rawal, Sushmitha Sen and Bipasha Basu. He has worked in Sanju, worked with Akshaye Khanna & introduced K.K Menon. The greatest actors have worked under him. For his next film, Gaurang has collaborated with DJ Shadow to produce the music for the 7 songs of the web series “7 Sense”. Gaurang Doshi and Rocky Khan will also produce and adapt the autobiography of Dj Shadow. DJ Shadow Dubai has managed to orchestrate a number of collaborations for the web series. He called on Lil Pump and Yo Yo Honey Singh, Rick Ross, Jason Derulo and Urvashi Rautela for special tracks on this web series. For his film the amazing and talented Garang Doshi has created some outstanding worldwide collaborations to come. A pure genius, indeed!

अभिनेत्री से फिल्म निर्मात्री बनी इला पांडेय की होम प्रोडक्शन आर्यावर्त मीडिया क्रिएशन बैनर के तले यूथस्टार प्रमोद प्रेमी यादव, मिष्टी गर्ल मणि भट्टाचार्य, प्रीति मौर्य स्टारर भोजपुरी फिल्म “घर संसार” की शूटिंग वाराणसी में शुरू कर दी गई है। इस फिल्म की शूटिंग शुरू करने से पहले विधिवत पूजा अर्चना करके शुभ मुहूर्त ग्राम छाहीं, वाराणसी, उत्तर प्रदेश में किया गया, उसके बाद मंत्रोच्चारण के साथ इला पांडेय के हाथों क्लैप देकर फिल्म की शूटिंग का पहला शॉट लिया गया।

दिग्गज अभिनेता अनिल धवन, अरोन बाली, किरण कुमार, पंकज धीर, रत्ना पाठक शाह, स्मिता जयकर, नीना कुलकर्णी, अनीता कंवल को हाल ही में अपनी 62वीं वार्षिक आम बैठक (एजीएम) में सिंटा हॉल ऑफ फेम पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया गया।

सिने एंड टीवी आर्टिस्ट्स एसोसिएशन (CINTAA) भारत में कलाकारों के समुदाय के लिए अग्रणी और सबसे अधिक मान्यता प्राप्त संघों में से एक है और इंटरनेशनल फेडरेशन ऑफ एक्टर्स (FIA) का एक सहयोगी है।  मंच पर उपस्थित सदस्यों में दर्शन जरीवाला (उपाध्यक्ष), अमित बहल (माननीय महासचिव), राजेश्वरी सचदेव (वरिष्ठ संयुक्त सचिव), अभय भार्गव (कोषाध्यक्ष) संजय भाटिया (संयुक्त सचिव) और अन्य चुनाव आयोग सदस्य टीना घई थे।  जया भट्टाचार्य, हेतल परमार, रवि झंकल, दीपक काज़ीर, राशिद मेहता, घनश्याम श्रीवास्तव और विकास वर्मा।

सिने आर्टिस्ट वेलफेयर ट्रस्ट के चेयरमैन पंकज धीर ने सिंटा टावर बिल्डिंग का फाइनल ऑक्यूपेंसी सर्टिफिकेट मिलने की खुशखबरी साझा की।  उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि अन्य सुविधाओं के अलावा एक अत्याधुनिक सभागार और एक कैफेटेरिया बनाने पर भी काम किया जा रहा है।  बोली, भवन और पट्टे से अधिकतम आय उत्पन्न करने के लिए थी, और किराया CINTAA सदस्यों के कल्याण और कल्याण के लिए होगा, जिसका खुलासा भी उन्होंने किया।

बैठक के दौरान, सिंटा के सदस्यों द्वारा उठाए गए सवालों के जवाब देने में लगभग एक घंटे का समय लगा।  कास्टिंग मुद्दों से, अभिनेताओं को गैर-समय पर भुगतान, स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा से लेकर स्वच्छता प्रोटोकॉल तक, सेट पर परोसे जाने वाले घटिया भोजन से लेकर परिवहन सुविधाओं की कमी तक, प्रत्येक शिकायत को माननीय महासचिव अमित बहल ने सबसे ईमानदार और स्वस्थ तरीके से लिया।

यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि कार्यकारी समिति की अभिनेताओं द्वारा सहन की गई कई चुनौतियों की मान्यता सदस्यों द्वारा महसूस की गई थी और यह कि वे गड़बड़ियों को दूर करने के लिए कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ेंगे।  उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि एकता ही ताकत है और संघ को सामूहिक लड़ाई लड़नी चाहिए।

जबकि सिंटा ने हमेशा चैनल्स, प्रोड्यूसर्स एसोसिएशन और प्रोड्यूसर्स से संपर्क किया है ताकि वे अपने सदस्यों की परेशानियों को कम करने के तरीके खोज सकें, लेकिन बहुत अधिक उत्साहजनक प्रतिक्रियाएं नहीं मिली हैं।  एसोसिएशन हर मुद्दे से लड़ने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। ओटीटी अभिनेताओं के लिए काम पाने के लिए एक बढ़ता हुआ मंच है और हालांकि सिंटा अपने शासी कानूनों के तहत कास्टिंग एजेंट के रूप में कार्य नहीं कर सकता है, वे निश्चित रूप से एक सुविधाकर्ता के रूप में विकल्प तलाशेंगे।  उन्होंने यह भी उल्लेख किया कि CINTAA अपने सदस्यों के लिए अवशिष्ट और रॉयल्टी के लिए लड़ने के लिए तैयार है।

सरकार तक पहुंचना चाहे वह I & B हो, श्रम, सांस्कृतिक या यहां तक कि वित्त भी एक सतत प्रक्रिया होगी, FIA से समर्थन और सहायता मांगना एक अतिरिक्त प्रयास होगा।  चूंकि CINTAA का FWICE के साथ समझौता है, इसलिए वे संयुक्त और सामान्य मुद्दों पर FWICE का समर्थन भी लेंगे।

वार्षिक आम बैठक ने एजेंडे के सभी प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी।

गत 2 मई 2022 देवन शशी आचार्य उर्फ़  देवा अन्ना को आजीवन याद रहने वाली है, अन्ना को इस दिन राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी में असंघठित कामगार विभाग के मुंबई अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किए गए, सांसद सुप्रिया सुले व मुंबई कार्याध्यक्ष राखीताई जाधव के हस्ते नियुक्ति पत्र सौपा गया |

समाज के हर तपके की सेवा करने का दृण निचय लेकर देवन शशी आचार्य उर्फ़  देवा अन्ना ने राजनिति में अपना कदम 16 साल पहले रखा, तभी तो राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी का साथ नहीं छोड़ा जिसका यह नतीजा हैं की पार्टी के असंघठित कामगार विभाग के महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विलासभाउ बडवाईक ने अन्ना पर यह जिम्मेदारी सौंपी |

देवा अन्ना ने बताया की असंघठित कामगार के अधिक से अधिक कामगारों को सदस्यता दे सकू, उनके हेल्थ, बच्चों की पढाई , महिलाओं शिक्षा उन पर हो रहे अन्याय के लिए आवाज़ उठा सकू  | इन कामों में मेरी प्राथमिकता रहेंगी |

आपको बता दे की देवन शशी आचार्य को 18 -10 – 2010 को वर्सोवा तालुका का उपाध्यक्ष पद  से करवा शुरू हुआ फिर राष्ट्रवादी होटल कामगार संघ मुंबई उपाध्यक्ष का पद 12 -10 -2012 को तो एसइओ 2013 से 2018 बने रहे इस बिच 2014 में उतर पश्चिम जिल्ला में  उपाध्यक्ष नियुक्त किये गए, और फिर 2020 में चित्रपट – साहित्य, कला और सांस्कृतिक विभाग में देवन शशी आचार्य को मुंबई उपाध्यक्ष की कमान सौपी गयी |

और अब असंघठित कामगार विभाग में  मुंबई अध्यक्ष नियुक्त  हुए देवन शशी आचार्य | उन्हें महाराष्ट्र सरकार में कामगार और ग्राम विकास मंत्री हसन मुश्रीफ ने बधाई दी, मुंबई कार्याध्यक्ष नरेंद्र राणे ने भी अन्ना के इस नए सफर के लिए शुभकामनाएं दी |

The Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) is one of the leading and most recognized associations for the performers community in India and an affiliate of the International Federation of Actors (FIA). The members present on the dais were Darshan Jariwala (Vice President), Amit Behl (Hon General Secretary), Rajeshwari Sachdev (Sr. Joint Secretary), Abhay Bhargava (Treasurer) Sanjay Bhatia (Joint Secretary) along with other EC members Tina Ghai, Jaya Bhattacharya, Hetal Parmar, Ravi Jhankal, Deepak Qazir, Rashid Mehta, Ghanshyam Srivastav and Vikas Verma.

A tribute was given to deceased CINTAA members Siddharth Shukla, Ghanshyam Nayak, Arvind Trivedi, Nitin Malhotra, Baldev Trehan, Madhavi Gogate-Barve, Mushtaq Merchant, Arun Verma, Ramesh Deo, Sanjay Kumar, Ajay Kumar Sharma, Akash Nath, Shiv Subramaniam, Manju Singh, Arun Khanna and Salim Ghouse.

Pankaj Dheer, Chairman of Cine Artists Welfare Trust shared the good news of the receipt of the final occupancy certificate of the CINTAA Tower building. He also added that work was on to create a state-of-the-art Auditorium and a cafeteria besides other amenities. The bid was to generate maximum revenue from the building and lease, and the rentals would be for the welfare and well-being of CINTAA members, he divulged.

During the course of the meeting, nearly an hour was spent answering a volley of questions raised by CINTAA members. From casting issues, to non-timely payments to actors, from health and safety to hygiene protocols, substandard food served on the sets to lack of transport facilities, each grievance was taken up by the Hon Gen Secretary Amit Behl in the most honest and healthy manner, ensuring that the executive committee’s recognition of the multiple challenges endured by actors was felt by the members and that they shall spare no effort to iron out the glitches. He also categorically stated that unity is strength and that the association must put up a collective fight.

While CINTAA have always approached the Channels, Producers’ Association and producers to find ways to mitigate the troubles of their members, there have not been too many encouraging responses. The association stays committed to fight every issue. OTT is a growing platform for actors to get work and though CINTAA under its governing laws cannot function as a casting agent, they will certainly explore options as a facilitator. They also mentioned that CINTAA is ready to fight for residuals and royalties for their members.

Reaching out to the Government be it I & B, Labour, Cultural or even Finance would be an ongoing process, soliciting support and assistance from FIA would be an added effort. Since CINTAA has an MOU with FWICE they will also take FWICE’s support on joint and common issues.

The Annual General Meeting approved all of the resolutions on the agenda.
