This exhibition was inaugurated on 20^th March, 2023 by Chief Guests – Gazal Nawaz Shri. Bhimrao Panchale &   Eminent Artist – Mr. Vijay Achrekar in presence of many art lovers, patrons etc.

Vaibhav Naik had his art education from Sir J.J. School of Applied Arts, Mumbai with specialisation in illustrations. Then he showcased his work in many solo and group art exhibitions at Mumbai Pune Elephanta Caves, Mumbai etc. A proud recipient of many awards from prestigious institutions like Maharashtra State Govt., Bombay Art Society, Art Society of India, Mumbai, LokmanyaTilak Art institute, Pune, M.T.D.C., Mumbai, Indian Oil Corporation, Mumbai, etc. he  has received recognition from many promotional art collectors of national and international reputation. He has received grants and prestigious art promotional incentives from reputed institutes like Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation, Mumbai, M.T.D.C. at elephant caves, Mumbai, Indian Oil Corporation, Mumbai etc. His works are in proud collection of several art collectors of national and international reputation. He is currently working as a principal instructor at Samsara Academy of Art, Hyderabad.

Artist statement

I am a classically trained artist, working to explore an emotion of what exists in front of me at a given moment, using the technical and aesthetic experience I have gathered/garnered.

Over the years, I trained under the guidance of various mentors using different approaches. This has had a great impact on my artistic view and life experience.

With my work, I am trying to decipher the subject in an abstract way even though the final result is representational. In terms of my process, I like to rework areas and improvise till I am satisfied with the expression I am looking for. This allows me to constantly search for a design which is timeless and the artwork appeals to a wider audience whether they are an art connoisseur or not.

My roots are important to me and I believe that one can find answers in their roots. So, at present, I have chosen to experiment and express through drawing as a medium. With each project, I like to challenge myself so that I can keep growing as an artist. One such way is how can I harmonize various materials such as charcoal, graphite, white chalk, acrylics and pastels in my drawings.  This is why I have also chosen this medium for my current show ‘Khayaal’

I don’t feel the need to follow trends in society, because I am looking to be honest to my practice and what I enjoy. And in the process if the viewer can connect with it, I think that’s when art happens.

Ketto India Marks National Crowdfunding Day By Raising Awareness Among The Youth – The Future Of Tomorrow...

Mumbai:  A journey started in 2012 with ambition and eyes full of dreams. With persistent efforts, Ketto today is Asia’s largest online crowdfunding platform. Kunal Kapoor, a well-known actor and the Co-founder of Ketto, was a part of the event and spoke about the value of crowdfunding. Upasana NGO owners Dipti Kashalkar and Saurabh Kashalkar along with the change maker social media influencers invited to the event were able to expand their perspectives on fund-raising.

The event was informative, with panel discussions and a one-on-one session followed by a fun activity hosted by Vinay Kapari, the illusionist to engage the audience. The aim was to establish awareness of crowdfunding among the youth and stakeholders.

निर्माता निर्देशक दीपक कुमार मिश्रा की अपकमिंग वेब सीरीज “बीइंग ट्रेप्ड” का पोस्टर और ट्रेलर मुम्बई के व्यंजन हॉल में हुए एक भव्य कार्यक्रम में लॉन्च किया गया जहां सभी कलाकार सहित पूरी टीम उपस्थित थी। अनस्टोपेबल पिक्चर्स और बोनल मूवीज़ प्रेजेंट्स बीइंग ट्रेप्ड 22 मार्च को रिलीज होने जा रही है। विधिवत पूजा के बाद इस वेब सीरीज के पोस्टर का अनावरण हुआ उसके बाद ट्रेलर दिखाया गया जिसे सभी ने काफी पसन्द किया।

सीरीज में परमानन्द मिश्रा, नन्दिनी कश्यप और इंद्रजीत सिंह मुख्य भूमिकाओं में हैं। उनके अलावा विक्टिम की भूमिका सचिन यादव ने निभाई है।

निर्माता निर्देशक दीपक कुमार मिश्रा ने बताया कि उन्होंने कई शार्ट फिल्मे बनाई हैं जिनमे एक सामाजिक सन्देश भी रहा है। बीइंग ट्रेप्ड भी एक ऐसी वेब सीरीज है जिसमें आज के समय के बड़े मुद्दे को दिखाया गया है। सोशल मीडिया में इन दिनों किस तरह कुछ असामाजिक तत्व एक्टिव हैं और लोगों को लूट रहे हैं। यह सीरीज उसी विषय पर आधारित है।

उन्होंने आगे बताया कि ऐसी घटनाओं को अंजाम देने वाला जालसाज गैंग पूरे देश में सक्रिय है। बहुत सारे लड़के और लड़कियां ब्लैकमेलिंग के धंधे में लगी हुई हैं। यह धोखेबाज देर रात तक ऑनलाइन रहने वाले नंबरों पर अपनी नजर रखते हैं। व्हाट्सएप या मैसेंजर पर वीडियो कॉल करके लड़की अश्लील हरकत करती है और उसका वीडियो रिकॉर्ड कर लिया जाता है, फिर वे लोग लाखों रुपए मांगते हैं।

दीपक कुमार मिश्रा ने बताया कि चूंकि यह मामला पर्सनल होता है तो बहुत से लोग सामने वाले को पैसे भेज देते हैं। इसलिए मैं कहना चाहूंगा कि अगर आप किसी अंजान से दोस्ती नहीं करेंगे तो साइबर अपराध के शिकार होने से आप बच सकते है।

व्हाट्सएप पर अपरिचित नंबर से आए वीडियो कॉल को उठाते ही साइबर अपराधी अपने जालम फंसाने का काम शुरू कर देते हैं। व्हाट्सएप पर सामने वाले का अश्लील वीडियो बनाकर ठग ऑनलाइन द्वारा पैसों की डिमांड करते हैं। पैसे नहीं देने पर वह उस आपत्तिजनक वीडियो को वायरल करने की धमकी देते हैं। कई लोग इस झांसे में फंस जाते हैं।

दीपक कुमार मिश्रा का कहना है कि ऐसे अपराध को लेकर जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए हमने यह वेब सीरीज बनाई है। मैं जनता से कहना चाहता हूं कि यदि कोई ऐसे जालसाजों का शिकार हुआ है तो डरे नहीं बल्कि पुलिस के साइबर सेल में शिकायत दर्ज कराए। पुलिस उस ठग को पकड़ने का प्रयास करेगी।
