Choreographers Sandip Soparrkar and Vijayshree Chaudhary help Suman Rao to prepare for Miss World 2019...

Rajasthan girl Suman Rao won the 2nd Runner Up title at the Miss World 2019 contest held in London. Earlier in the year she was crowned Femina Miss India World 2019 and was representing India at the Miss World 2019 pageant. The 20-year-old had previously won the title of Miss India Rajasthan 2019. To help her prepare for the Talent Round and Dances of The World Round, Choreographers Sandip Soparrkar and Vijayshree Chaudhary worked with her for several months.
Speaking on training Suman, Bollywood and Ballroon dance guru Sandip Said, “With the help of the Miss India Organization, we chose the songs for suman’s Talent Round and Dances of The World Round. For over three Months, Suman dedicatedly trained with Vijayshree Chaudhary and Me, and religiously did her dance practice. She is not only a beautiful girl, but also very talented. I wish her all the best for Miss World Contest – I am sure she will make all of proud.”

Classical dance guru Vijayshree said, “Suman is a trained Kathak dancer and knows the nuances of Indian Classical and Fold dance. It was delight to teach her because she is extremely focused, intelligent and attentive with a lot of grance and poise. Suman’s talent round dance is a tribute to Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who is and Indian icon with a global presence. For the dances of The World Round, Suman will perform the Indian folk dance ghoomar, which showcases the colourful essence of her state, Rajasthan.

Client clarify Kotak Bank about loan whether secured or unsecured. Is banking a Joke?...

R ef: Kotak Mahindra Bank Letter dated 12.11.2009

In one matter of loan transaction of Rs. 50 lacs between Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and Cogent Ventures India Limited executed in the year 2007, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited had clarified by their letter dated 12.11.2009 that the loan was unsecured loan and no property was mortgaged in favour of bank regarding such loan transaction.

There was an allegation against Mr. Bhupendra Bagla that he had mortgaged the leased property situated at E-41/4, Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi in favour of bank for such transaction as a guarantor and a FIR No. 149/09 PS Barakhamba Road, New Delhi was registered against Mr. Bagla. The basis of the allegation was that Mr. Bhupendra Bagla has forged two documents i.e. one affidavit and one Power of Attorney allegedly executed by Mr. Bhupendra Bagla whereas the same was not executed by Mr. Bagla.

Later on the Court has discharged Mr. Bhupendra Bagla on 10/12/2018 in FIR No. 149/09 after conducting trial in the matter and it ultimately revealed that Mr. Bhupendra Bagla was falsely implicated in said case.

In this episode, interesting part is bringing that Bank clarified by way of a letter dated 12/09/2009 that the loan sanctioned was without any collateral security and loan was an unsecured loan.

The said letter stated – “during the meeting, after due deliberations and clarification furnished by you, it is cleared that property bearing no. E- 41/4 Ground Floor Okhla Industrial Area,  Phase-II,  New Delhi-110020 is not mortgage or hypothecated to our Bank. It is clarified that the loan otherwise also is an unsecured loan. It is further clarified that it is because of the reason that the loan is an unsecured loan that we have not proceeded against any property including the one detailed herein above treating it to be a security/mortgage for the said loan under SERFAESI.”

By the said letter dated 12/09/.2009, the identity of the Bank in itself is doubtful –

• Bank is saying that client has clarified to them that property was not mortgage in favour of It means when loan was given by Bank, Bank had no knowledge that the loan property was mortgaged or not!!

• Bank was saying that client had clarified to them that loan was unsecured loan. It means when loan was given by Bank, Bank had no knowledge that the loan was secured or unsecured!!!
• Bank was saying that client had clarified to them that loan is unsecured loan and property is not mortgaged in favour of Bank, therefore they will not proceed against the property where they have an OA before the Hon’ble DRT!!!
• Now, what sort of due diligence was done by the Bank at the time of sanctioning the said loan facility!!!

Now we have the another biopic based on Kerala-born Daya Bai, who works among the tribals of central India to better their lot, a Hindi biopic on the renowned social activist Daya Bai will hit the screens next year in April 2020. The last schedule, directed by Sree Varun, has already gone on the floors in Madhya Pradesh very soon they will complete the schedule. Daya Bai will portray how Mercy Mathew, a Malayali, transformed herself into Daya Bai, a social activist. Her work for the betterment of the tribal people of Madhya Pradesh will also be depicted. While a few portions will be shot in Kerala, there will be sequences in Madhya Pradhesh also.

Director Sree Varun said “Daya Bai has always influenced me. I always wanted to make a movie on her. When we met at Wayanad, she wasn’t convinced in the beginning. But, then she put forth a condition, that the movie should portray her life truthfully. So, our movie has no fictional element but has portrayed her life as it happened”.

Daya Bai will trace every incident, including the physical assault she had to suffer. “Her life is a struggle and many a time she was subjected to cruel treatment, like the time she was attacked by the police when she went to talk to them,” says the director. But, Sree Varun says the movie won’t have any offbeat flavour. “Daya Bai is a realistic movie in every aspect. We haven’t tried to push in any commercial elements,” added Sree Varun.

He also thinks that since Daya Bai spent her life mostly in North India, her biopic demanded to be made in Hindi. On Bidita Bag portraying the lead lady, Sree Varun says she is perfect to play the role. “They share a lot of resemblance. We chose her after considering many other actresses,” said Sree Varun.
