‘Steps to Life’

JD Foot and mouth arts presents a group art exhibition showcasing the paintings cum handicraft work created by disabled persons from 4^th to 6^th February 2019 at World Trade Centre, Centre – 1, North Lounge, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai between 11am to 7pm. It is the second edition of this unique event organized by JD Foot and Mouth arts by Mr. Uttam Kumar Bharadwaj towards the empowerment of disabled persons display the works of about 194 disabled school children covering vivid strata of society under one roof. Uniqueness of this exhibition is that it is being held in south Mumbai for the first times on such a large scale and intends to achieve the empowerment of disabled persons by presenting them their works so as to reach the potential buyers of arts.

Mr. Uttam Kumar Bharadwaj is a feet artist and member of JD Foot and mouth arts a group of disabled artists. He is himself disabled artist since birth. He and this group are engaged in imparting skills such as paintings and handicrafts to the disabled individuals by empowering them to earn their living with  respect in the society. He has so far arranged 6 such group art exhibitions at different places all over India the last one being held at New Delhi which was sponsored by PMO India to promote the cultural heritage of India.

Through this exhibition & the group action rties, The organisers aim to create a platform for children who are born disabled or are accidentally disabled, arrange the counseling workshops and training to them and then exhibit their work on large scale so as to reach the prospective clients and buyers. The organizers also intend to provide them full times employment and the desired marketing skills to earn their livelihood with respect in life.

It is indeed an amazing social work towards a noble cause and certainly a good opportunity for all in the present art world to enjoy various facets of visual fine arts created and presented by about 194 disabled school children on a common platform and get duly enlightened by their relevant hues in apt arenas and perspectives.

It is hoped that this unique event will receive good public response and appreciations from the present art world leading to the desired empowerment of these disabled artists under one roof which will result into the due encouragement and motivation to them as well as the organizer Mr. Uttam Kumar Bharadwaj in their future art journey.

The song is getting excellent response from the music lover’s, music by Raja Pandit and penned by Shweta Pandit.  The melody king has always been known for his beautiful voice and versatility in singing. Sonu’s versatility always brings out his best quality of singing from his every song. Actor Rahul Bagga and Nancy Thakkar were seen romancing in the song. Song has been shot at beautiful locations of Jharkhand and Darjeeling, India.  Interestingly, this song will always make you fell in love. However, people love him for his romantic songs and can listen to them for hours and hours.

The makers recently released The Trailer of Bollywood movie which stars Rahul Bagga, Nancy Thakkar, Rajesh Sharma and Akhilendra Mishra in lead roles. The film is a presentation of AKKI Film Productions in association with Dream World Cinema, directed by Narayan K. Sahu.

Facebook wala pyaar is an Indian romantic-comedy-drama film produced by Tinku quraishi under Akki film production and directed by Narayan K Sahu (in his directorial debut) and written by Rana Abhinav Gaud. Facebook wala pyar is going to be released   theatrically on February 14, 2019 on the occasion of Valentine’s Day In all over India by Spiritual house entertainment.

Actress Tapsee Pannu Flagged Off GSC’s Awarathon on World Cancer Day...

The Goregaon Sports Club (GSC) marathon kicked off with great fanfare, as the ‘Manmarziya’ actress Tapsee Pannu flagged off the run, an awarathon for cancer awareness on ‘World Cancer Day’.

With over 3500 participants – one of the largest running events in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai. An enthusiastic Tapsee said, “It’s my pleasure to be a member of GSC and as a member I feel very good supporting the Cancer Awareness Marathon”

GSC is a prestigious club in the Goregaon-Malad area, spread across 11 acres with state-of-the-art infrastructure, managed by the GenNext team of established entrepreneurs under the mentorship of Mr. Mukul Agarwal. “It is our honor to have youth icon Tapsee supporting our cause as a citizen and also as a GSC member. Our club is renowned for promoting sports activities with great grandeur and this awarathon is our endeavor to support this cause. We have received an overwhelming response from participants!”, says Nigam Patel, General Secretary, GSC.

The Marathon was led by Lady  Chairman Rajshri Panchal. Along with Mr. Mukesh Purohit and other team members, GSC donated a sum of Rs. 5 lakh to Tata Memorial Hospital. The club also facilitated 100 free cataract operations, in association with Rotary Club of North West Mumbai (Malad).

Her paintings evoke serenity and express the simple joys of life.

The works of Anamika Toshniwal, from Kolkata, reflect the charm of the mundane and the beauty of the ordinary. They illustrate the fascination towards simple yet humble articles which knit the fabric of life; be it the urns, the steel dabbas, the milk cans or the ageless doors – all magnificent in their simplicity.

Javed Akhtar Inagaurates Former Union Minister Kamal Morarka art Exhibition – THE Big Cats...

The Latest innovative works of an eminent wildlife lover an ace photographer, Kamal Morarka has been displayed in a solo show at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai from 29^th January to 4^th February 2019 between 11am to 7pm.

It has been ceremoniously inaugurated by well-known dialogue and script writer from Bollywood Mr. Javed Akhtar at the Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai on 29^th January 2019

The present series incorporate is artistic perceptions about the daily routine life of big cat and its various facets normally observed in deep forests, sanctuaries and national park all over the world. It meticulously reveals their sentimental attachments with other wild animals, affinity towards their cubs and different action at various styles with also illustrate different moods of the big cats in many sentimental expressions and its special features such as attacking positions, fight with other animals and other related feelings in relevant arenas. One can certainly get acquainted with the deep involvement of Mr. Kamal Morarka with his photographic endeavors and duly highlight the artistic genre and unparalleled talent in him to artistically adorned each creation with the desired visual effects at the strategic arenas in the world.

On Nature’s Trail

Kamal M.  Morarka,  the well known industrialist is now engaged in various community and philanthropic activities and in conversation of art, heritage, culture and wildlife.

He has been a Member of Parliament and a Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office in the Chandra Shekhar Government 1990-91. He has been the Vice President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India for a number of years and is the Chairman, World Trade Centre, Mumbai.

He is promoting the restoration of havelis in Shekharwati, Rajasthan and is also promoting organic farming in a big way. As a hobby he has been pursuing wild life photography. He regularly visits National Parks and Sanctuaries in India and has visited  South Africa and Kenya for wildlife photography.

His interest in wild life photography dates back to 1995 when he first visited the Keoladeo National Park at Bharatpur to see the Siberian Cranes who migrate to India from Siberia. Subsequently he became a keen follower of the Siberian Crane and he made several visits to Bharatpur to capture glimpses of this beautiful bird.

Thereafter he visited Nagarhole, Kabini and Ranganthitu. Annual visits to Sariska followed with more visits to Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Pench where he was able to get beautiful pictures of the ever elusive tiger. The passion grew and he ventured to see more wild life in the famous Masai Mara region in Kenya, Kruger National Park in South Africa.
